Acme is now the most expensive at $24/seat but bundles usage — heavy teams pay more than us.
Northwind killed its free tier. That's our clearest opening: our free workspace is now the only one in the set.
Cobalt pushed SSO and audit log down to $18 — that erodes our "governance costs less" line at the mid-tier.

Net: we win on free-tier and on governed approvals; we're exposed on per-seat price for large teams. I put the full breakdown and a chart in the doc below.
