Athena is priced per company, not per seat, because the risk scales with how much your AI does, not how many people you employ. Tiers follow the size of your organisation (verified headcount). Do we pay for each user?

No, never per seat. One base fee per organisation, set by verified headcount band. Adding people inside your band costs nothing, and we never count seats.

Can we buy one module?

No, and that is deliberate. The three modules write to one sealed record: what the AI received, what a human approved, and what ran. Sold apart, that record has holes in it.

Is there a free trial or self-serve signup?

No. The way in is a fixed-scope, four-week pilot on one workflow of yours, with assisted onboarding, and a demo is the first step.

Where does Athena run?

In an EU region, or on your own infrastructure. The signing keys are held on your side either way, so the evidence never depends on us.

What does our auditor need from you?

Nothing. The verifier runs on their own machine with no network, checks the ML-DSA-65 signature over the canonical record, and returns a clear pass or a rejection.

Does Athena make us compliant?

No product does. Athena maps each sealed record, in OSCAL, to the controls it evidences and says plainly what it does not cover. We do not issue a legal opinion and we do not grant certification.

What happens if we leave?

You keep every sealed record and the keys. The verifier is free on PyPI and keeps working, so the evidence stays checkable after the contract ends.
